Murphy Crossing is a planned residential development comprised of appriximately 14 acres in Murphy, Texas.  Murphy is an upscale bedroom community of approximately 14,000 people.  The property is located on FM 544 at Maxwell Creek Road across from Murphy Marketplace, a 500,000 square foot retail development under construction. 

Murphy Marketplace will feature a Lowe's Home Improvement Store, a Sprout's Market, and a 24 Hour Fitness in addition to mulitple smaller shops and restaurants within the development.

Murphy Crossing will be served by the highly regarded Plano ISD.
