Seguin Crossing is a planned 155 acre tract located in the northeast quadrant of I-10 and SH 123 in the City of Seguin, TX. A Planned Development Zoning classification has been approved on the entire tract.

The development is anticipated to occur over the next three to seven years in phases including Multi-Family, Commercial, and a high end RV park.

Utility and Roadway infrastructure improvements are currently being planned wth the City of Seguin. The zoning was  approved in December 2008 with construction anticipated to commence in 2010.
